Retrieving a broken remote control boat

Although radio control boats have become pretty reliable toys these days, it is always possible for an rc boat to fail while out on the water. You could swim after it, but this isn’t the best way to retrieve it. It also can be risky or uncomfortable in some areas, such as when the water is cold. It is much faster and easier to retrieve a nonoperational rc boat by using a second boat as a pusher to drive it back toward the shore. You also want to make certain to test that your boat is watertight before going out to a lake in the first place because if your boat actually sinks it may be very hard for anyone to retrieve.
