Is handmade furniture too expensive?

Yes it is generally more expensive than your local high street store, but it is not that expensive whereby you need to take out another mortgage just to pay for it! Of course everything is relative, but the cost of handmade furniture has gone down over the years with increased competition on the market. Really what you must decide is if the price of getting a wardrobe hand made is cost effective for you. Remember usually hand made furniture will last much longer than stuff bought from the high street. So the choice as always is up to you.
