Taking Care of Yourself
You may not know this but heart disease is the number one killer of women in America. But it doesn’t have to be. Heart disease can be prevented by eating a healthy and balanced diet, by exercising regularly, and by keeping the stress out of your life. The last one is often times one of the hardest things for women to do, but here are a few things you can do to de-stress.
Working out on your AirClimber is a good way; but going to the spa for a monthly massage and facial is another good way. Practicing yoga in a sauna with professionals, or taking 30 minutes a day to relax in a calm atmosphere is another way. So take care of your heart by taking care of you.
