Making Wine

Making wine is one of my favorite hobbies. That is right, I said hobbies. You see I do not have a fancy vineyard or any expensive equipment to help me make wine. Everything I cook up is homemade straight from my kitchen. Honestly you do not need any crazy equipment or a fully stocked winery to make some pretty decent wine. Sure you will need some practice to perfect the art of home wine making, but isn’t that true for everything? It really is not very hard … you boil some stuff, you mix some stuff, you cap it and wait for it to ferment for a couple of weeks (or more) … that pretty much sums up the whole process.
