Add flax seed meal with a little imagination.

Flax seed meal is potentially such a wonder seed; containing everything from fibre to vitamins & minerals, essential fatty acids to lignans etc. It is advisable not to heat the flax seed meal too much because it can cause the essential oils to go rancid and hence unusable by our bodies (although it is reported that adding it to the ingredients of breads and muffins before cooking is OK) so how can you add flax seed meal to your diet. Well normally advice is to sprinkle it on to cereals and salads etc but the same old ways might get boring after a while. You could try adding it to the ingredients the next time you do a smoothie or you next shake. Added to everything else it will bring a nice nutty flavour.
