Is legal to use SKY Mexico in USA?

I have seen people selling SKY Mexico services in USA, is that legal?
Yo he visto gente vendiendo los servicios de SKY Mexico en USA, es eso Legal?
Is legal to use a satellite service from another country in USA?
Es legal utilizar un servicio de satelite, d otro pais, aqui en USA?

If you buy it in a dark alley or from a white van and you need to use a fake address in Mexico, then probably not.

There is no law against competition in the US but I doubt US content providers license SKY Mexico to broadcast their content in the US as well.
