In layman's terms, she's an ill-mannered little PITA that needs to learn what is/is not acceptable in your household. You have to stop this behaviour and not allow her to do this. You have to establish that you are the dominant one in the household and this little dog has no right to get upset about anyone touching anyone or anything.
