Where can i find a chihuahua puppy for sale in the pittsburgh pa area?
I have looked in the local newspaper with no luck. I have a year old Spayed female chihuahua and she is wonderful and I want another. Please heip me find one in Pittsburgh PA. I donot like to drive far. Thank You .
Whatever you do, DO NOT get them from a pet store!! They get their dogs from Puppymills and it’s just horrible. They get sick and have behavioral issues from improper socialization and being taken from their mothers too soon. They can be harder to potty-train because they’ve always been allowed to go anywhere they want. The conditions in a puppymill are disgusting. Our dog is a puppymill rescue. She was only in one for a year and we’ve had her for 3 years. It was just this last year that she’s gained the confidence to play with another dog and to enjoy being petted.
"DO NOT, under any circumstances, buy a dog in a petstore. Our research establishes that 98% of the dogs in petstores come from what we consider to be puppymllls. You are not saving that puppy, you are sentencing it’s parents to lives of misery."
Look at the sites below for a more humane and local Chihuahua "buying" solution…

Is it possible to go to Mexico and South America by boat?
I’m planning to visit Mexico and South America and would like to avoid traveling by airplane if possible. Is there a way to go to these countries by sea? I know there are luxury cruises that go to the Caribbean. I guess I’m thinking of something a bit less frills, just a means of transportation. Haven’t found anything so far. Any tips?
There are a lot of tour boats/cruise ships that go to Mexico and South America:
An alternate way is on a freighter. A lot of freighters carry a limited number of passengers as well as cargo. You might try some of them.
another way is via a good travel agent that knows the best and cheapest. And one that will work with you to stay in your budget.
Usually over all unless you are going there to live and work a good travel agent is the best and cheapest way to go.

How far is AguasCalientes from Cancun???
OMG! I am going crazy, AguasCalientes is on NO maps I can find =( I am planning on flying to cancun and driving to AguasCalientes…
sorry I was not more specific! my non fluent spanish speaking self and my mexican boyfriend are considering driving to aguascalientes he speaks spanish and has driven in mexico before, just not to this location, so I wanted to know the exact distance as far as travel time etc.. when I tried to pull it up on a map it was not there and I didnt know off hand what other sites to try, so Thank you very much for all of your time and help. YOU ALL ROCK! =)
THIS IS MY 1ST TIME IN MEXICO YAY! lol
2,108.620 kilometers–does that help?
20:45 hours of driving time.
And 1,666.0 pesos in highway tolls.
I used the website below. Click on the link; then look for the words "Traza tu ruta" on the left-hand side–click that.
In the box "Estado origen:" select Quintana Roo, then wait a second for it to load the cities in that state. Then select Cancun for the "Ciudad origen:."
Next, in the box "Estado destino:" select Aguascalientes, then wait a second for it to load the cities in that state. Then select the city you’re going to for the "Ciudad destino:." Then click the button that says "CONSULTAR" at the bottom. You’ll get a map you can zoom in on and a list of every place or toll booth you’ll travel through.
If you haven’t driven in Mexico before, some words of caution. DON’T DRIVE AT NIGHT. Animals, people and vehicles without lights could be in your lane–your chances of hitting something is very high. So since driving time is over 20 hours, you’ll need at least one overnight stop.
If you’re approaching a village look out for speed bumps. There are usuallly two about seven feet apart. If they are marked with a sign, it will be a black line with two bumps on it (or there may be the word "TOPES").

Can Someone Please Translate This Spanish Song?
I love this song but only partially understand what it means. Can someone please translate? I’ve tried online translators and they don’t make much sense. Here’s the song:
La Nina by Lila Downs
The Daughter of Your Eyes (la nina de tus ojos)
You saw me when no one else saw me.
You loved me when no one else loved me.(x2)
You gave me a name. I am your daughter.
The daugher of your eyes,
Because you loved me (x2)
(After doing that section twice, repeat "Because you loved me" over and over)
Chorus:
I love you more than my life (x3)
