US Maquiladoras in Mexico?
Why don’t US companies that setup shop in Mexico offer decent wages to keep people from coming to the US illegally? Sweat shops or other? Greed?
I know what you mean and you have a point there but….. Is not up to the USA government or up to the American Corporation to establish new laws in Mexico. It’s up to the Mexican government to make their laws be obeyed and create new laws for the benefits of their citizens. The problem is not the companies that goes to Mexico looking for cheap labor and pay the lease of money or benefits to the workers, the problem is the Mexican government that don’t give a shit for their citizens. They are the big problem and they are so inept and corrupted that they rather send their citizens to the USA illegally than to creat new laws for the better of their citizens. Mexico is what the government and the Mexican people wanted to be,,,, what you see.

Can a Chihuahua do its bathroom duty in a balcony litter box?
I’d like a family member to get a dog (I think it would be really good for him) but he says it wouldn’t work in the Winter because he’s on the second floor and won’t want to always go outside to walk the dog. He likes the Chihuahua, and is wondering if the dog could do its duty on his balcony (perhaps in a 6×6 foot area on one end).
Is this possible or advisable? And would he use a litter box?

Absolutely! Little dogs are great candidates for litter box training. There are all sorts of products out there now-a-days.
Personally I think this is a better option for little nippers. Their bladders are so small, they can have a hard time holding it for long periods.

What causes the poverty in Mexico that makes them want to come to America?
We have family friends that are first generation Mexican Americans. Since they are legal, they are able to take trips to Mexico and back. The younger fellow commented that Mexico is mostly desert, and they had to put nets over their little house to protect from scorpions. And they still had them in the house. Is the desert climate the worst thing? Or is it corruption? Or is it they like America in general? Or other?
A corrupt govt and a few very wealthy individuals, keep the masses in poverty. And no, Mexico has many natural resources, that are controlled by a few…

How to travel from Nasik to Bhimasankar?
I am planning to visit Nasik and Triambakeswar, one of the Jyothiglingas. From there, I want to travel to Bhimasankar, where another Jyothirlinga is there. What is the distance between those two places? Is any public transport system available? Help will be appreciated.

Incendio en el municipio de Circasia 2

Con lágrimas en los ojos e impotencia por no poder evitar lo sucedido, los circasianos vieron consumir en media hora la iglesia que durante 93 años había acogido a la comunidad católica que diariamente —y más los domingos— visitaban el lugar en busca de tranquilidad espiritual.
De acuerdo con las primeras versiones, un corto circuito ocasionó el incendio que aunque no dejó pérdidas humanas, tiene consternado a todo el pueblo ante la magnitud de lo ocurrido. Estaba dando la eucaristía y en ese momento escuchamos un estruendo y cuando volteamos a mirar vimos que se prendía la parte de arriba de la estructura, por fortuna alcanzamos a salir a tiempo, explicó el párroco Duverney Tapazco.
Cuando eran las 7:25 a.m. la estación de bomberos recibió el llamado que les anunciaba lo sucedido y a pesar de sus esfuerzos por salvar el templo, tuvieron que presenciar la destrucción total del mismo. Es una madera de muchos años y el incendio se propagó muy ligero. Nosotros actuamos lo mas rápido que pudimos y cuando llegamos ya estaba muy avanzado. Lo que hicimos fue atacarlo por otro lado para evitar que fuera mayor la catástrofe, afirmó el teniente Diney Mosquera García.
Y fue eso precisamente lo que impidió que las viviendas aledañas también se quemaran y la desgracia fuera mayor, pues éstas son construcciones en bahareque lo hace más fácil su propagación. Personal de bomberos de los diferentes municipios también llegaron hasta el lugar y eso ha hecho posible que hoy a pesar de la tragedia pueda decirles muchas gracias, me siento feliz porque tenemos una manzana que hoy podría estar consumida en llamas, manifestó Patricia Mora, alcaldesa del Municipio Libre.
Una gran pérdida arquitectónica —pues se mantenía como la única que no había sido renovada en el Quindío—, y material ya que el bahareque metálico que fue utilizado para su construcción, permanecía intacto en toda la estructura, como pocas en el país.
Versiones de todo tipo giran en torno a este desastre, muchos habitantes aseguran que lo ocurrido se debe a la maldición que un sacerdote le echó al municipio donde aseguraba que este se quemaría por las esquinas. Un 19 de agosto once años atrás, a las 7:00 a.m. se incendió el café Danubio, Los Bohíos, el club Alcázar y tres casas que se encontraban ubicadas en una de las esquinas de la plaza.
Coincidencia o no, muchos temen al pensar que esta predicción pueda ser cierta, aunque otros toman estos testimonios como parte de la imaginación de las personas.
